Busca is well-experienced in managing the electronic fulfillment process using all EDI standards. Our staff will work with you to customize our work flow to meet your individual data requirements. Busca provides you with the facilities to submit your electronic orders directly by FTP from your ILS, and in addition you may send them by email or direct secure upload through your personal Busca account.

Our EDI services include receiving orders from EDIFACT, a standard established by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, based ILS systems such as Aleph, Sirsi, Innopac/Millennium, Voyager, as well as legacy systems such as BISAC. Our capabilities extend in both directions. Busca offers you EDI invoicing from our system upon request.

Busca works with third party providers such as OCLC and SkyRiver to meet the needs of your library or consortium. To save you time, you can download brief MARC bib records for use with your ILS from orders generated by searches through your Busca account. Upon request Busca will work with you to provide brief MARC bib records customized by library location.
